At Stitchnex, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a custom garment manufacturer and exporter, every order is made specifically to your brand’s requirements. Due to the international nature of our business, returns are not possible once goods are dispatched. To ensure you are fully satisfied, we encourage inspections and final approval before shipment.


Final Approval Before Dispatch

Before dispatching your order, we require a written or recorded approval from you or your appointed inspection agency. This step confirms that the shipment matches your requirements regarding:

  • Quantity per size
  • Fabric and finishing quality
  • Measurements and specifications
  • Packaging and labelling

Once this approval is provided, the order is considered final and binding, with no further changes or returns possible.


Returns

We follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy for international and domestic shipments once goods leave our factory.

Why International Returns Are Not Accepted

  1. Customs & Import Regulations – Returned goods must undergo fresh export/import clearance, new paperwork, duties, and may face delays or denial of entry.
  2. High Reverse Logistics Cost – The cost of return shipping, handling, and re-clearance often exceeds production value.
  3. Non-refundable Duties & Taxes – Most countries do not refund duties, VAT, or GST paid on imports.
  4. Customised Products – Each order is tailored to your unique specifications (sizes, labels, designs), making resale impossible.

Why Domestic Returns Are Not Accepted

All garments are custom-made per client requirements and cannot be re-stocked or sold to other buyers.


Cancellations

At Stitchnex, every order is custom-tailored. Our production process involves fabric sourcing, dyeing, cutting, embroidery, and finishing — which are irreversible steps once started.

When Can You Cancel?

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins, i.e., when:

  • Fabric is not yet sourced or ordered
  • Sampling or bulk production has not started

Why Cancellations Are Limited After Production Starts

  • Fabric sourcing is non-reversible: Fabrics are custom-dyed/allocated for your order.
  • Production consumes resources: Labour, machinery, and sampling costs are incurred specifically for your order.

Cancellation After Production Confirmation

  • Once fabric sourcing or production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
  • If requested, cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case.
  • In most cases, no refund applies once production or sampling has begun.
