This policy outlines our standards for production timelines, packaging quality, shipping terms, and documentation—ensuring a smooth, reliable, and transparent order journey from factory to your destination.
Production & Timelines
- Sampling: Free sample development is provided for approved buyers before bulk production.
- Bulk Production: Timelines vary based on order size and customization level but typically range from 30–45 days after sample approval.
- Express Production: For smaller urgent orders, express manufacturing may be offered depending on fabric availability and capacity.
- Daily Capacity: With a production strength of 5,000+ pieces per day and 1,000+ styles in development, Stitchnex ensures scalability and quick replenishment.
Packaging & Labelling Standards
- Each garment is individually packed in export-grade polybags to maintain hygiene and prevent damage.
- Sustainable packaging (biodegradable polybags) is available on request.
- Finished garments are packed into 7-ply export cartons (standard size approx. 60x40x40 cm; adjustable as per product type & volume).
- Every carton is clearly labelled with product description, size breakdown, purchase order number, and—if requested—your brand logo.
- Optional custom branding solutions (tags, woven labels, hang tags, barcodes, thank-you cards) are available upon request at the time of order.
Shipping Duration
We work with trusted global logistics providers including DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, and leading freight forwardersfor both air and sea shipments.
- Air Freight
- Best for smaller volumes or urgent requirements.
- Delivery Timeline: 7–10 working days from dispatch.
- Benefits: Fast transit, real-time tracking, suitable for launch deadlines.
- Sea Freight
- Suitable for bulk/wholesale shipments.
- Delivery Timeline: 25–45 days, depending on destination port.
- Benefits: Cost-effective for large volumes.
We assist buyers in choosing the most suitable method depending on order size, urgency, and cost considerations.
Shipping Terms
- Ex-Works (EXW):
Buyers arrange pickup from our factory. We coordinate with your freight forwarder and provide all required export documents. - Free on Board (FOB):
We handle transport from our factory to the shipping port, complete export clearance, and load goods onto the nominated vessel or aircraft. From there, the buyer takes responsibility for freight and customs clearance at the destination.
We offer both EXW and FOB and can advise which option is best suited for your business.
Export Documentation
Each shipment is supported with complete export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice (order value, buyer/consignee details, HS codes, country of origin).
- Packing List (carton-wise details of products, sizes, weights, and IDs).
- Air Waybill (AWB) for air shipments / Bill of Lading (B/L) for sea shipments.
- LUT (Letter of Undertaking) under India’s GST framework.
- Certificates (if required): Certificate of Origin, GSP, MSDS, or other compliance documents.
All documents are prepared carefully to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid delays.
Customs & Import Duties
- Import duties, VAT/GST, and clearance charges in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Buyers are advised to appoint a licensed customs agent or work with their logistics partner for clearance.
- Stitchnex is not responsible for delays or penalties arising from incomplete import compliance, non-payment of duties, or local regulations.
Shipping & Tracking Communication
We prioritise transparency and proactive communication:
- Upon dispatch, we share all tracking details, including tracking ID, invoice, packing list, and AWB/B/L.
- A video of packed cartons is provided to showcase packaging, labelling, and handling quality.
- A final inspection report confirms order quantity, quality, measurements, and packaging.
Working with Your Logistics Partner
If you prefer to ship via your freight forwarder:
- Goods will be ready for handover within 24–48 hours of your confirmed pickup request.
- Please provide forwarder contact details and schedule at least 2 business days in advance.
- Our team will assist with on-site loading, coordination, and document verification.
